Looking for a unique way to involve a group of people in helping Shalom?

Here are just a few ideas for events that could benefit Shalom:

Organize a Toiletry Drive! We are always in need of toiletry supplies to give guests so gather a group of people to collect these items at local businesses. Increase the fun by making it a friendly competition between teams to see who can gather the most donations!

Hold a Workplace Campaign! Each fall many companies and government agencies host workplace-giving campaigns. Through these campaigns you can earmark your donation to go directly to the Shalom Community Center. All you need to do is write-in Shalom Community Center as your designated beneficiary on your workplace giving form.

Throw a Special Benefit Event or Party! Shalom Community Center plans events throughout the year that help raise funds for our programs and provide our volunteers with diverse ways to support our mission. If you love throwing parties, why not make your next one benefit the Shalom Community Center? You might also consider using your birthday as a way to benefit Shalom by asking for donations rather than presents!
